Osteoporosis is the silent killing disease. It is a condition in which the bones of your body become less dense and lose their strength. Currently this disease is effecting over 3 million peoples in the Uk. Woman have higher chances of getting this disease, and 1 out of every 2 females over the age of 50 are studied to have osteoporosis. There alot of causes of this disease including bloodline, smoking, and unhealthy eating habitats.
