Sitting is one of the greatest dangers in the modern world. Sitting leads to many bodily problems such as back pain and hip pain, but there are certain things we do in life where we have no choice but to be sitting. So, what can we do? We can eliminate as much optional sitting as possible. Instead of stand while riding the bus or purchase a standing desk for work.
