Though many people believe that the yolk of an egg is the worst part for you,
this may not be entirely true. The yolk of an egg contains an a substantial
variety of a humans nutritional needs. Many vitamins, minerals and basic
acids that are the building blocks of a good diet. Recent studies from Harvard
University show that the adverse dietary problems with egg yolk, primarily
bad cholesterol, is minimal. A couple of whole eggs a day have little negative
impact, and many benefits.
