Recently there has been some insight given into General Mills scoffing at a lawsuit alleging that cereals are not healthy. More in particular General Mills has written off a lawsuit brought by two individuals in particular who filed a lawsuit. The lawsuit that was filed accused the company itself of promoting its cereal as healthy and nutritious while loading them up with sugar.
