Going for a run could improve cramming for exams

October 24, 2016 By VitaNet Staff

Recent studies show that going for a run can help people retain information after cramming for exams. During this study, 60 men between the ages of 16-29 were tasked with remembering a variety of information. They were then divided into three groups: playing a video game, running, and going outside. The results from the study showed that those who ran performed better than those who did not.
