Inflammation happens when something foreign enters your system as it is trying to protect yourself from whatever just entered. Sometimes the inflammation can last several days afterwards and can be quiet irritating. There are some dietary foods to avoid to help reduce inflammation. Processed food has been shown to cause inflammation and other chronic diseases. Some diets like a Mediterranean died help promoted anti-inflammation. Many of the vegetables in this type of diet offer antioxidants that help with inflammation. Fatty fish is also a great food to have in an anti-inflammation diet.
