Three cardiologists in different nations have presented the theory that heart disease is not, as previously though, to be caused by saturated fat. Cardiologists from London, California and Stevenage in England conducted research that led them to theorize that there is no correlation between the two. Most scientists suggest replacing saturated fat with unsaturated fat because of the impact on cholesterol, however this group believes that may not be as important as once believed. These claims have not been correlated by the Heart Foundation, and they have, in fact, rejected them.
