Setting goals is an important part of life. From a young age, we begin to set goals. They often start as very small desires. My goal is to get up and walk across the room.
As we get older, perhaps our goal revolves around kicking or hitting a ball, finishing an important assignment, or working hard to get a job.
At an even older date, we may have an even larger set of goals that have to do with getting married and having kids.
Somewhere along the line we may even set a goal for getting back into shape and living a healthy lifestyle. That can mean different things for all of us.
For some it can revolve around what we eat or how we move and exercise. For others, an aspect of health can revolve around who we associate with, as well.
As we think about these life changes, let us also learn about how to make these changes last and go on for the rest of your lifetime. How do you this?
Well, one thing to recognize is that there is a lot of science involved in making a life decision. And as you make that decision, what you need to do is not focus on the decision itself, but rather the process by which you are going to make that decision a reality. This will cause you to keep an eye on the road as you journey towards that final decision.
