Many people need to eat a small snack before bed. It’s hard to fall asleep if you’re hungry. Your stomach often won’t allow it. It’s best to just eat so you can get on with sleep. There are some snacks which are more conducive with sleep, though, and this lets you know what some of them are. Some foods can keep you up because they cause gas, heartburn or other problems so should be avoided.
