For those looking to keep their stress levels under control, the Indian iteration of the Tribune has a rundown of foods that can act as all-natural anxiety reducers. Although the article was written for an Indian audience, the items it lists are commonly available in the United States. Number one on the list is avocados. The reason that delectable fruit tops the list is delectable fruit is because it’s packed with vital nutrients. In addition to being rich in potassium, alligator pairs contain plentiful helpings of vitamins E and B. As such they are great for stabilizing your moods and lowering blood pressure

The Tribune also lists two different nuts that are known to be great stress relievers. Cashews made the list because they are full of zinc, which helps modulate your body’s response to stress. Protein Walnuts made an appearance because they are known to keep your blood pressure regulated when you’re stressed. Additionally, vitamin C-rich, low-calorie berries the cut, as that particular nutrient is renowned across the world for its stress fighting properties.
