Her keys to weight loss involve sticking to natural food. She claims people should get in the habit of eating healthy as opposed to trying the latest fad diets and quitting. She also suggests avoiding common dieting actions, such as constantly weighing yourself and counting calories. Overall, it is up to each person to become a healthy an innately healthy person rather than following pre-planned steps to achieve the goal.
