The amish farmer who is facing almost 50 years in prison for making natural products is currently awaiting indictment. He is facing 12 separate charges, and having done nothing wrong and having made all of the changes to the labeling of his products that were requested of him by the government. Multiple tests have shown that he is NOT in fact making drugs, but making natural products targeted to aid ailments of people who prefer to take the natural route. The FDA is claiming that they only want to protect the consumers- its looking more like what the FDA is really interested in protecting are their bank accounts.
