August 7, 2017 By Darrell Miller

Cutting carbs is a very tough endeavor. There are so many different urges people have and there are many situation that can encourage some bad eating. Holidays and vacations are especially hard because this is the time when all of the sweets are around and tempting. Not being good at saying no can have a bad result. Eating just a little bit of those bad foods can ignite the cravings even more. It is very tough to stay healthy.

Key Takeaways:

  • Eating smaller portions actually makes the body more hungry and begins to crave different foods.
  • Not sticking to a normally balanced diet is seen by professionals as a psychological issue stemming from a lack of self control.
  • Burning carbs can be easily done by increasing insulin levels to effect metabolism.
