Exercises you can do at your desk to counter sedentary job – BBC News

In a BBC work and health video, tips from a personal trainer and a cardiac nurse are given on how to get more exercise into your daily work routine. A large study suggests an hour’s worth of activity daily is necessary to stave off the ill effects of sitting all day at a desk. Tips include taking the stairs, walking to work, and doing light exercises at your desk.
