Gene that may strongly influence obesity uncovered

One of the biggest problems that the world faces today is obesity. The American citizen is getting fatter and fatter, and researchers are having a hard time figuring out why, until now. There may be a gene that shows why people gain a lot of weight. The foraging gene was found in fruit flies which may shed light into the way people gain weight. More research will be needed to show the impact of this study.
