Chamomile is known for its versatile health benefits. You can grow Chamomile yourself for fresh tea, use dried herbs or purchase it from your local grocery store. The herb is know to soothe digestive issues, help with anxiety, and and aid in sleep problems. It even clams your skin conditions. It is safe to use for young children and can even be sewn into little pillows to have a fragrant calming scent while sleeping. Adding chamomile to bathwater can provide a relaxing experience at bedtime, but also calm inflammation of the skin, and help with eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis.

Key Takeaways:

  • Small pouches of chamomile can be placed into the bath to promote calm and reduce itching.
  • Chamomile powder can help sooth gas, bloating, acid reflux and other gastric symptoms.
  • Thanks to its sweet and pleasant flavor, chamomile can be used as a tincture, a paste, capsules, syrup, or even cooked in milk.
