wild rice a seed from water grass. These types of rices have
more fiber, antioxidants and lower cholesterol. Wild rice having
more protein than brown rice. And brown rice has the wheat germ
and bran intact with vitamin E not white rice. Brown rice can lower
type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.
