For a while now people have always wonder if it’s healthy or not to eat after midnight. Well a study conducted in Perelman School of Medecine recently discover some interested facts. In the study they instructed nice healthy adults on eating at a schedule where they would have to eat and/or snack past midnight. The study revealed that although the participants showed that when eating during the day they felt more fuller for longer periods of time. It did however show that the late night eating and snacking made for weight gain, higher insulin levels, higher blood glucose, and higher blood cholesterol levels. All things that can be pointed to show higher risks of diabetes and heart failure problems.
