Office exercise: Add more activity to your workday

Finding time to exercise can be a challenge when you also work full time. Instead of skipping exercise because you don’t have time to go to the gym, you can incorporate movement into your workday. Something as simple as changing your commute so that you walk a little farther, or standing part of the time at your desk can yield benefits. Add in simple tools such as an exercise ball and resistance bands and you have everything you need to get a good workout on the job.
