Dr. Travis Stork, a regular on The Doctors, released his Lose Your Belly Diet book several months ago and it continues to be a best seller. He takes a unique perspective focusing on the microbome, promoting gut health. No food is off limits but suggestions on high fiber items as well as advice on limiting sugary items are made. He recently had two women on the show who claimed they not only looked but felt better.
