Conventional wisdom that states you need to eat many mini-meals in order to keep your metabolism going well you’re dieting may not be true after all. There is however, a benefit in that your blood sugar remains steady and you’re less hungry at your next meal . Other experts agree that the fewer times a day you eat a meal you actually intake less calories than people who eat many meals during the day. Both eating regimen’s have both positive and negative aspects. It’s important to remember that each person is different and have to regulate their diet according to what is best for them.
