Coffee naps are an interesting thing that some people do. But, should they actually be doing it? Science has said that coffee naps are better than non caffeinated ones. Despite our best intentions, some days we just cannot get anything done. We have all had days when our productivity levels are very low. People feel like sleeping all day and the minutes that go by feel like hours. It is best to found ways to be more productive.
