Women who are pregnant need to keep a close eye on their vitamin and mineral levels in order to ensure their health as well as that of the unborn child. In particular, pregnant women should focus on Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids. These both have different functions, and it’s important to keep a balance of both.
