Studies show that one in every three people grind their teeth. There are two forms of this. The first is called awake bruxism and the second is sleep bruxism. The first form usually happens to individuals that experience stress or anxiety. Sleep bruxism is a “sleep-related movement,” in which the person usually has sleep apnea or even snoring.
