Many people want to be fit and live a healthy life and to this they change the way they eat and start exercising. As well as those who actively try to be healthy, there are also those who wish to be healthy, but make up all sorts of excuses as to why they can’t. The first excuse is blaming genetics. There is no such thing as bad genetics. It’s just that some people may need to put in a little bit more work than others to get the results they want.
The second excuse is that the person does not have enough time. You may not have time to go to the gym everyday, but you can still do a better job at taking care of your nutrition. Taking care of your nutrition is a big part of being healthy and it does not take a lot of time at all.
