They are also know for aiding in maintains a trim waist line. It’s no wonder there’s the popular phrase “an apple a day keeps the doctor away”. They’re also rich in antioxidants and promote good gut health. Overall they are not a miracle food, but they are definitely worth adding them to your regular diet.
