Did you know that when obese people or those with type 2 diabetes have too much bacteria in their gut it can lead to depression and anxiety? The good news is that those symptoms get much better when the sufferer is given a proper antibiotic. This is not entirely shocking news, however. Endocrinologists remark that people often claim that they feel like a new person when they change up their diet. The Harvard research concurs that there are differences between the behavior of people with bacteria in the gut versus those without bacteria
