Bicarbonate promotes better PH levels in your system, older people with better PH levels were proven to live longer. The good news is that you don’t have to ingest baking soda on a daily basis to get the benefits. Healthy bicarbonate levels can be achieved and maintained by eating fruits and vegetables and even drinking coffee.
