The natural remedy is always the best remedy. What if there were foods that naturally benefited us and helped our overall body…that would be great, wouldn’t it?
Well, after a lot of research it does seem as if there are added benefits to eating avocado that go beyond just the fact that they are tasty and a great source of fat.
What could some of those other health benefits be? Well, for example, some reports are now coming out that eating avocado may help to lower cholesterol as well as blood pressure. Studies are still being done on these results, but as of now it looks like there is some evidence for such, and thus there may be some reason to include more avocado in your weekly diet.
