Coconut is one of those foods that can be had in many different forms, often surprisingly tastier than anticipated. It is a fruit, gives milk, can be made into oil or powder. There are many benefits coconut provides as a part of the diet, which is not surprising since it has plenty of minerals and vitamins. It also has emotional value, as it reminds us of vacation and leisure time. When taken as coconut water, it is really good in hydrating our bodies, and as a rich source of potassium it is beneficial to those suffering from hypertension.
