Candidiasis affects multiple systems in the human body. It affects women more than men. Toxins release in the body when Candida levels become unbalanced. Due to generic symptoms, it is hard to diagnose. The “spit test” can diagnose candidiasis. Upon awaking, gather saliva into one’s own mouth, and spit into a glass of water. After waiting thirty minutes to one hour, observe saliva. If water becomes blurry, or if the saliva sinks, or specks are visible, one might have candidiasis.
