March is National Nutrition month and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics has delivered a new campaign for this year, Put Your Best Fork Forward. The academy recommends small changes that can add up to a complete healthy plan for life. They suggest cooking at home, eating breakfast and make half of each meal fruits and or vegetables. They also suggest monitoring portion control and fixing healthy snacks for in between meals. Besides food changes they also suggest plenty of water intake and more exercise.
