Prostate cancer has become an increasing danger to men of all ages. It is a slow developing cancer and often does not show signs for many years. Recent research is showing that eating tumeric, red grapes and apples might help to protect men against prostate cancer. The study was performed on mice and showed that three compounds seemed to slow tumor growth in these mice. The three compounds are curcumin which is found in tumeric, ursolic acid which is found in apple peel, and resveratrol which is found in red grapes
