Perhaps you feel as if you have reached your zenith, your twilight years and that there is nothing left for you to learn. Or, perhaps better yet it’s the issue that you feel you are too old to learn anything new.

But is this really true? If we set our minds to it, we can learn whatever we want. The mind itself is a resilient organ that is constantly being used throughout the day. So what can we do to teach it new things? Well, for one thing we must engage it and desire to learn new things.
