Knowing your triggers and taking steps to prevent them is the best thing you can do to experience less overall. Anything from stress to diet and exercise can cause a migraine to start. If you experience migraines on a regular basis, you may want to start a journal to help identify your triggers so you can make changes that will help reduce the occurrences.
