If You’re Going Vegetarian, Make Sure You’re Getting Enough Vitamin B 12

If you’re considering adopting a vegetarian diet for health reasons, you might want to start taking a vitamin B12 supplement. The reason being, almost all of the most plentiful sources of vitamin B12 come from animal foods, so without the use of a supplement it’s very easy for a vegetarian to become B12 deficient.
