Ayurvedic is a healing approach that originated in India, and it has a diet associated with it that is known to reach a higher sense of balance in all aspects of your life. Before starting the Ayurvedic diet, you are going to need to become familiar with the three main doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. If you are a creative and open person, your dosha is most likely Vata, whereas more reserved personalities are often Kaphas. Those who value intelligence above all tend to be Pittas.
