Today’s world is filled with diets and organic foods to get rid of the harmful and toxic foods and chemicals. A wide known alternative treatment to help with migraine headaches used today is known as coffee enemas. In 1881 Dr. Max Gerson used coffee enemas to cure his own migraine headaches.Some reasons to consider using coffee enemas is to help eliminate toxins, ease bloating, healthy digestive tract, help stomach pains, and to improve mood. Dr. Gerson later opened his own practice in which he helped his patients with health problems by adjusting their diets. He later teamed up with Dr. Ferdinand Sauerbruch and in one of their clinical trials helped recover 99% of their patients through diets and natural practices. Later on “Gerson Therapy” was made and is still used today. Gerson Therapy is a strict program involving diet changes, supplements, and detoxification. It is used to help treat cancer patients and other patients with illnesses.
