It can be tiresome wading through the seemingly endless health information that we’re bombarded with almost daily to find out what works and what doesn’t. Dietitian Danielle Capalino has come up with a simple solution for gut problems: Less meat and more fiber. We should be aiming for, ideally, 30 g of fiber per day. If we’re not getting that, we need to gradually increase that amount until we reach that goal. Ultimately, though, eating a wide variety of healthy foods is still best for our overall well-being.
