Apricots, much like their seeds, are chock full of nutrients and vitamins, essential for your body. It’s a drupe and member of the same family as other fruits like, such as plums, cherries and peaches. Their health benefits range from high concentrations of vitamin a and c, to being low in calories but high in fiber. They also have great anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties which are known to help the body in digestion as well as health related issues.
