Are You Suffering from a Vitamin Deficiency

In today’s hyper connected, always online world, it can be surprisingly easy to forget about the basics, such as making sure that you don’t become vitamin deficient. Seeing as prolonged vitamin deficiency can turn into a serious medical problem, it’s a good idea to become aware of the symptoms of certain vitamin deficiencies. As an example, if you find yourself inexplicably losing your hair and developing a rash, it’s possible that you become deficient in vitamins A, B7, D, E and K. if you’ve recently adopted a diet that includes a little fruit, avocados mushrooms or eggs, the symptoms are experiencing might be related to vitamin deficiency.

If you find yourself experiencing intense muscle cramps or stabbing pains in your legs and feet, your diet may be lacking sufficient quantities of potassium, magnesium or calcium. To address a possible deficiency, you can start taking a vitamin supplement or by adding more almonds, apples or cranberries to your daily intake. And, if you notice the sudden development of acne on your face, arms, legs and backside and you’ve long since grown out of adolescence, it may be a sign of a lack of vitamin A and D. Thankfully, this deficiency can easily be corrected by eating more fish, nuts, sweet potatoes or a multivitamin supplement.
