What Are The Benefits Of Pink Salt?

October 14, 2016 By Corey B

Pink salt is an unrefined salt, mainly made through the natural solar drying procedure. The salt remains in its natural state, pure and full of all the sodium that the body needs with none of the chemical changes or additives that the normal salt have. Pink Salt is branded as “King Salt” as it was originally used by the Royal family. It is unpolluted and has no impurities.

It has 84 nutritional components which are all needed for our bodies’ functions. This contains macro-minerals and trace minerals. Magnesium, calcium, chloride, sodium, potassium, and iron are some of the macro-minerals. Selenium, iodine, fluoride, and zinc are among the trace minerals found in the salt.

Benefits of Pink Salt

Iodized salt has helped in improving iodine ingestion and has helped battle iodine insufficiency; however, the normal salt does not contain the enough iodine in it. Pink salt is fully packed with iodine that is needed by the body. While the larger grains can make it look more pure or usually healthier, it undergoes the same procedures and holds little more than sodium salt.

Pink salt is easily digested as no heat is required to decompose it hence reducing kidney pressure. It helps in boosting electrolyte levels in the body. It looks slightly strange, but the health advantages of pink are hard to reject.

Pink Salt helps in maintaining a powerful PH balance within our cells, specifically the brain cells. It helps in standardizing blood sugar level and slows down the aging process. It helps in the production of hydroelectric energy in the body cells. Pink Salt improves nutrient absorption within the intestinal tract. It eases menstrual cramps, treats insomnia, boosts libido, and improves our vascular health. When consumed by mixing it with water, it helps in standardizing our blood pressure.
