An Australian PhD student will soon be conducting a study to determine whether or not vitamin B6 can alter the way a person dreams. The student’s thesis is that by taking a vitamin B6 supplement before going to bed, patients can enter a lucid dream state. Since lucid dreaming has been found to reduce stress and anxiety, this study could have a significant impact on how certain emotional disorders are treated in the future.
