Vitamin C is one of those things that is absolutely essential when trying to stay healthy. It is something that should be included in each, and every, persons diet. It is key to fighting colds and for combating a flu that is incoming. Now, with that being said, there have been some studies that have tested that notion. However, there are scientists coming forth and saying that these studies are not valid because of the low doses of the vitamin that were used.
