There are a lot of studies that have been done in regards to the brain. The brain is the most powerful thing in the human body. If someone suffers from mood disorders, they can be a very unpredictable person. It is hard to diagnose and treat someone with a brain issue. However, due to many of the nutrients that are found in whole foods, doctors are bullish on the chances of whole foods being able to actually protect the brain from being too moody.
