New findings in one of the largest, longest studies from China (7 years and 500,000 people) has found that eating fruit is beneficial for EVERYONE, even those with diabetes. For those who are diabetic, health professionals have cautioned them away from fruit due to the high sugar/glucose levels. However, this study totally contradicts popular belief and has found that fruit consumption on a daily basis has only positive outcomes and strengthens overall health in every case.
