Artificial sweeteners can do a pretty good job of keeping your weight down. They have the sweetness without all of the sugar that contributes to weight gain. They are also better for oral health, sugar eventually turns to acid that can actually harm your teeth. There is one thing that artificial sweeteners don’t help with and that is overall gut health. The artificial sweeteners have a way of disrupting gut health, which can lead to other health problems.
