First, you can use B vitamins in increasing the functions of the nervous system.

B1 (thiamine) also helps in the optimization of the cognitive activity as well as brain function that will ultimately help you relieve stress.

Folic acid also helps in dealing with anxiety as well as depression to prevent any neural tube defects within the brain of little children. This can also help them relieve stress when they grow up to become adults.

B6 (pyridoxine) is also needed for the normal brain function. This helps the brain in relieving stress at the same time preventing nerve cells damage. This will help you maintain fatty sheaths, which cover at the same time protecting nerve endings. You should also know that it is associated to acetylcholine production (an important neurotransmitter, which aids memory, learning and stress relief.

Schizandra and Holy basil are also required to make these steroid hormones as well as neurotransmitter acetylcholine. This will always give the body extra amounts ability to manage physical as well as mental stress.
