Vitamin B5 is a synthesizer of the vitally important components needed by the body. For example, it helps to form proteins, carbohydrates, fats, antibiotics and amino acids. It also stimulates adrenal hormones.

Pantothenic acid has the ability to get rid of the stress as well as other serious mental problems, including depression and anxiety to ensure a fit mind. It achieves this by regulating hormones responsible for causing these mental problems.
