Not only is sesame seed oil a useful condiment in the kitchen with natural antioxidants, it also has an array of health benefits. Sesame seed oil is rich in Vitamin E, which has been linked to the lowering of cholesterol levels by studies and as an antioxidant it breaks down harmful chemicals in the body too.
